How to Access Expanded Perspectives Elite Content

While your Expanded Perspectives Elite membership allows you full access to all Subscriber Audio, most people prefer to have new audio sent directly to iTunes using an RSS feed. To access your exclusive Expanded Perspectives Elite podcast audio with iTunes or a similar podcatching program, simply follow these steps:

Using an iPhone or iPad

• Using an iPhone or iPad just go to our website and click on the Elite tab on the Homepage. Once there, login using your Username and Password. Scroll down and Press and Hold on the RSS FEED tab. Remember Press and Hold.  Your iPhone/iPad should give you the following choices – Open, Open in New Tab, Add to Reading List and Copy. Choose “Copy”. Then go over to your Podcast App. On the top left on your screen you will see a “+” emblem. Press that and your iPad will give you the following choices. “Add Podcast” and “Add Station“. Choose “Add Podcast“. A white empty box should appear. Press and Hold the blank box and your iPad should prompt you to “Paste“. Press the “Paste” tab and then select “Subscribe“. Your Elite Podcast should appear. Just select “Feed” and all of the episodes should appear. Now every week you only need to refresh your iTunes Podcast app and the new episode should appear.

Using an Android Phone or Tablet

• If you are using an Android phone you will need a podcast App. There are dozens but a free one that seems to work well is “Overcast: Podcast Player” or “Podcast Addict”. Just go to your Google Play App and Search for “Podcast Addict”. Download it. Once you have the “Podcast Addict App”, go to our website and click on the Elite tab on the Home page. Once there, login using your Usernameand Password. Scroll down and Press and Hold on the RSS FEED tab. Remember Press and Hold. Your phone should give you a few choices one of them being “Copy“. Select “Copy” and then go over to your “Podcast Addict App”. You will see a “+” emblem on the top right of your screen or a prompt that says “Add a Podcast” in the center of the screen. Press either one, and on the top right of your screen you will see ” Add URL“. Press that and then “Done“. Your Elite Podcast should appear. Be sure to select “All” not just “Unplayed“.

Using a Desktop or Laptop

• It seems that our secure software seems to prefer some browsers over others. We recommend using Firefox as the browser to set up you Elite access on iTunes. Firefox is 100% free to download and once your finished setting up your feed on iTunes you can delete the browser and never use it again. Once you have Firefox, use it to go to our website www.expandedperspectives.com. Then scroll down to the Elite tab and login with your secure Username and Password. You should now see a Welcome page! Click on the tab that says RSS Feed. Now all of the episodes should appear in blue. You can listen to them here or to add it to iTunes simply go to the top of the page and copy the URL. Now go to iTunes and go to My Podcast. On the top left select File, scroll down and choose Subscribe to Podcast. A black white box will appear. Paste the copied URL in the blank white box and select OK. Thats it, now all of the episodes should appear. Be sure to select Feed not Unplayed. Now every week you only need to go to iTunes and refresh the page and the new episode should appear.
