Out of Place Petroglyphs<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This week on Expanded Perspectives Elite the guys start off talking about how\u00a0an Iowa witness at Iowa City reported having a brief encounter with a chevron-shaped UFO that banked hard and quickly moved away. The witness was driving to a nearby gas station when the object was first noticed at 9:20 p.m. on October 11, 2016.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cI Saw stationary lights in a \u2018W\u2019 or chevron wedge above my head with some unusual light patterns,\u201d the witness stated.\u201cWas silent. I am in the flight path of a municipal airfield and planes go directly over my home to land approximately 200 yards away \u2013 small craft, but slow and low \u2014 usually very loud but not enough to be alarmed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Then,\u00a0Archaeologists working in <\/span>Mexico<\/span> City have uncovered a circular temple built more than 650 years ago to worship a god of wind.\u00a0<\/span>It was excavated at a site discovered two years ago when a mid-20th-century supermarket was demolished. The circular platform, about 36ft in diameter and 4ft tall, now sits in the shadow of a shopping mall under construction.\u00a0<\/span>The site is believed to have been built to worship the god of wind, Ehecatl-Quetzalcoatl, and the plans are to preserve it and make it visible to the public with a large viewing window.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then, a\u00a0couple in West Virginia say they are sure they had a Bigfoot encounter. <\/span>Wesley and his wife said last Monday they were driving on Route 33 when they spotted the creature near Franklin in Pendleton County.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cI observed a large object beside the road,\u201d he told Thomas Marcum. \u201cMy wife asked what was beside the road. I replied it was a bear\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>Wesley said he immediately recognized the beast\u2019s shape and was able to identify it as a Sasquatch, but that he did not want to tell his wife because she didn\u2019t think these creatures are real.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cI didn\u2019t want to get into the discussion again, but then she said \u2018that was not a bear, that was Bigfoot!\u2019,\u201d said Wesley.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then,\u00a0only one person in recorded history has ever been directly hit by a meteorite, it was a woman named Ann Hodges, 34 who was napping under quilts on her couch in Sylacauga, Alabama, on November 30, 1954, when a nine-pound meteorite came through the ceiling and bounced off a radio before hitting her in the thigh. It left a deep bruise and catapulted her into both quiet fame and a major legal dispute with her landlady, who thought she rightfully owned the rock.<\/span><\/p>\n
