On this episode of Expanded Perspectives Elite<\/em> the guys start the show off talking about how\u00a0a Missouri man in Clinton County says he saw a bipedal creature.\u00a0The man, a truck driver whose name was not released, says he was driving on the I-35 on January 29 when the two-legged being showed up at 4:15 p.m. Then, the US military wants to enlist fish and other sea life to help it track enemy submarines at sea. The Persistent Aquatic Living Sensors program could also modify existing species to make them better underwater spies, an effort that would face stiff opposition from environmental groups.<\/p>\n
