On this episode of Expanded Perspectives the guys start the show off talking about how in\u00a01998, a retired forestry official had a strange encounter in the Apalachicola National Forest with a bigfoot like creature. Soon after the sighting some government officials swooped in and informed him that if he talked about his sighting with anyone, it would be met with dire consequences. Then, a\u00a0Georgia military witness recalls an event from 2005 where a chrome sphere UFO \u201cthe size of a basketball\u201d followed his platoon training exercise for two days. To this day he is unsure if it was an extra-terrestrial craft of some kind or an experimental drone.<\/p>\n

After the break Kyle brings forward one of the most popular alien abduction stories of all time. The Betty and Barney Hill case and actually plays the original recording of Barney Hill during one of his\u00a0hypnotic regression sessions with a Dr. Benjamin Simon.\u00a0<\/span>The Hills were an interracial couple. Barney, a 39 year-old black man, worked for the postal service, and Betty, a 41 year-old white woman, was a supervisor for the child welfare department. Because of Barney’s ulcer problems, the two had embarked on a vacation into Canada. On September 19, they began their journey back home. At about 10:00 PM, Barney, who was driving, saw a star which seemed to move erratically. <\/span>What happened next Betty and Barney Hill didn\u2019t even remember until they later began multiple hypnotic regression sessions with a Dr. Benjamin Simon. All they remember was arriving at home with 2 hours of missing time. Days after they both independently began having strange nightmares and so they contacted they\u2019re doctor who referred them to a psycho therapist.<\/p>\n
