It Wore a Black Hat

This week on Expanded Perspectives Elite the guys start the show off talking about how no longer a science fiction concept, exoskeletons are steadily moving out of the research labs and into the real world. Medical and military applications are already well established, and recent workplace systems are being deployed to help laborers manage heavy loads and repetitive stress. Then, after a series of raids in the province of Buenos Aires, the Argentine police found several archaeological objects of Chinese and Egyptian origin, protected by national law. In addition to these objects, police found a warehouse, housed in an antique shop, full of artifacts related to the symbology of the Nazi regime, including a bust of the National Socialist leader Adolf Hitler.

Then, a resident of Uppington, Northern Cape has released footage of what some believed to be a dogman creature. The footage, about 3 minutes long, shows a pack of dogs and a human-like figure running on four legs. After the break Kyle brings up some new Hat Man Sightings. Who, or what, is the Hat Man? Well, that’s a very good question. Put simply, an untold number of people, dating back to an untold period of time, have reported  encounters with what is clearly a malevolent entity with intentions that are not good – not in the slightest. On some occasions the Hat Man appears in shadowy form (not unlike the infamous Shadow People – to whom the Hat Man is almost certainly related, even if we’re not sure why). On many occasions, however, the Hat Man appears in regular, human form, sporting a black beard and a black suit, and wearing a long overcoat or a cloak – almost always black, too.
