More Encounters on the Road
On this episode of Expanded Perspectives Elite the guys start the show off talking about how archaeologists have found incredible evidence of a huge Wichita Indian town in Kansas that was once home to 20,000 people. Donald Blakeslee, a professor of archaeology at Wichita State University, told Fox News that experts harnessed 400-year-old Spanish documents and modern technology to locate the long-lost town of Etzanoa near Arkansas City, Kansas.“A single community of 20,000 people was not something that any of us expected,” he said over the phone. “It’s a completely different view of everything.”
Then, a woman and her husband believe they were possibly abducted by aliens one night while driving home. After the break Kyle brings up a few more interesting sighting from the book “Trucker Ghost Stories” by Annie Wilder. It may have happened to you; it’s happened to almost everyone who’s ever driven down a highway at night, or in the fog, or snow. Something suddenly appears: a flash of movement, a shadow…what was it? It could be, as the true stories in this book attest, a ghost. These are true stories from the highways and byways of America. These firsthand accounts are as varied as the storytellers themselves―some are detailed and filled with the terror and suspense that made people feel they had to share what happened to them with others; others are brief and straightforward retellings of truly chilling events.
